Starting at $20, affordable pet sitting is available!
Nail trims and anal gland expressions are available. We are not grooming at this time.
Dog walks available weather permitting. Walking exercises your pets body and the sights and smells engage your dogs mind.
Willy’s Whiskers does not have a boarding facility. We are currently offering full time in-your-home pet sitting.
In addition we offer miscellaneous services like in-home pet services and pick ups/ drop offs!
*Travel Fee of 60 cents per mile applied

Hi, my name is Alex, I’m the owner and founder of Willy’s Whiskers! Born and raised on the Iron Range, I received my AA and my Veterinary Technician Degrees from VCC in Ely, Mn. With over 10 years of experience working with animals I’m confident I can take care of your pets, from rodents to dogs, cats or reptiles.

Ruby got to go to Ely for the first time and I had the amazing idea to leave her with Alex while we went into town and out to eat, etc. Her and Lucas truly treated Ruby like their own and it was so great to leave her with friends and not have to worry about her. She even got her nails trimmed. Highly recommend reaching out for any needs with your fur babies whether you’re in town visiting or live in the area. The kindest people!

They did a wonderful job taking good care of my dads dog Dottie. Dottie is a rescue and is afraid of everyone. Dottie warmed up wonderful and had a positive experience. They sent us photos and updates on how Dottie was doing which really helped my dad. We will bring Dottie back for sure!

40/10, 3847494 stars. Amazing people who do amazing work! Mobile nail trims are the best thing that’s happened to my boys, who normally fight tooth and claw when it comes to getting pawdicures. They’re good as gold for the Willy’s crew, though, and have healthy nails until it’s time for the next visit! I can’t recommend them enough.

Alex watched the dogs during the day while we were fishing and was able to pick and drop them off in Ely. She was great providing updates/pictures of the dogs thru out the day reassuring us that the dogs were well taken care. Thanks Alex!
